GLAM collections are a treasure trove of stories. But sharing them can be challenging. For an organisation to be a wellspring of content it takes planning, investigation, influence and craft. In this half day workshop we will explore:
Where do you find the best stories in your organisation? (Hint - it’s not always on the label).
How do you tell a great story? What gives a story stickiness? We’ll look at recent examples of successful content from journalism, marketing, and GLAMs, and consider why some stories resonate.
Keeping up with content takes a lot of planning and organisation. What tools are helpful, easy to adopt and the best for collaboration.
Is your content working? We’ll run through ways to measure your content’s performance and how to spot the dead horses.
Finally we’ll look at ways others have experimented and played with their content.
